The aim of this research was to study the growth-stimulating activity of fungal species of the genera Trichoderma and Mortierella on peas, beans and alfalfa. It was found that the biologically active substances released by various fungal species of the genus Trichoderma at certain concentration stimulate the growth and development of peas, beans, alfalfa, as well as increase their resistance to diseases. The solution of fungal species of Trichoderma viride 22 and Trichoderma album 23 showed the strongest growth-stimulating activity at concentration of 3%. Different concentrations of arachidonic acid from fungal specie Mortierella sp. stimulated the growth of the chickpea stalks, and the growth of the stem and roots in peas and alfalfa. The solution of Mortirella sp. culture at concentrations of 5% and 10% also showed growth stimulating activity.
