The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov several times in his works has mentioned, that learning foreign languages as one of the directions of spiritual development of the society: “One more important task is – to assist the development of the language, culture, customs and traditions to the all nations and nationalities residing in Uzbekistan, further expansion of possibility and conditions in this sphere” [1, 27].
