The planning of the land using via its zoning is the main condition of the market economy development. New demands are enounced to the promptness, the reliability and the completeness of the information are necessary for the making appropriate decisions, in order to ensure with the sustainable development. One of the varieties of the information, which quality responds to the recent conditions, is the information is collected by the distant probe methods of Earth (DPME). The applying of the distant zoning methods of Earth with the using of the information of LANDSAT satellite is the main condition for the creation of the current land management projects[1].
