In given article are described concepts of SOA and reasons of providing Quality of service. 1. Introduction Currently, the development of telecommunications networks is going forward in the direction of increasing demand on information and communication services and the introduction of new telecommunication and information technology. Analyzing the global trends in the telecommunications market, it should first be noted a sharp increase in demand for information and communication services on the basis of systems with service-oriented architecture (SOA). Terms and conditions of the telecommunications market require improving the quality of services provided to consumers and, as a consequence, increasing the expenses to the operators to maintain their quality. Today, it is a very urgent task to develop methods of managing the services to ensure quality of service (QoS) in a SOA system.
