Abstract. In this paper shows the problem of enhancing efficiency and durability of non-woven machines. By cutting the number of mechanisms of kinematic pair and decreasing exploitation expenditures and assurance of stable work of non- woven machines are not researched yet. The main focus of this research is design and simulation of flexible joined needle mechanism for knitting stitch-bonding machines to solving the above mentioned problems.
