Abstract. This paper is focused on the role of agricultural sector in increasing export potential of Uzbekistan, in view of the fact that it has been looked a priory sector in structural and geographical diversification of export. We tried to estimate export potential based on the population and medical norm for the consumption. Also, looked through the export structure and the share of product in total export of agricultural products. We also tried to show and estimate incomparable role of reforms and special programs developed by the state.
