One of the most important directions of national health of any country is the provision and support of high health of each person in the country by the most effective and efficient way, with the background of modern epoch, ecological and economic situation. Due to ecological tragedy of Aral, harmful chemicals, flowing then to water, became the part of dust and salt aerosols, which are spread thousand kilometers away with wind, are breathed in every single moment by people living in this territory. These circumstances contaminate people’s health, especially its most perceptive part – women and babies. This defined the urgency of study of connection of environmental issues with reproductive health and genomic instability in an experimental way, which allows to study the mechanism of folliculogenesis violation and genomic instability among female rats and their offspring at intoxication with dust and salt aerosols of Aral Sea.
