Emotional intelligence of the teacher is required to meet the high standards of teaching. The high level of emotional intelligence allows the teacher to be a good supervisor and leader. The skills of self-control and self-awareness, the ability to motivate and build positive mutual collaboration can help to attain substantial results in educational work.
