Abstract. This paper is focused on analysis of structural changes in agricultural sector in Uzbekistan, in view of the fact that it has been an important sector in the economy with sufficient share in GDP 17.2 percent in 2014. We analyzed structural changes in agriculture, main agricultural producers and their share, structure of agricultural land use according to the type of the enterprises, structure of agriculture output produces by types of agricultural enterprises.
