Concept of medical law has not appeared today but still not all states consider this system of regulation as a separate branch of law [1, p.135]. However processes of technological development and globalization already raised the question about necessity of international norms which would regulate relationships between physician and a patient, usage of new methods in treatment and others – international medical law. There is a large group of international legal norms which regulates specific area of social relations. These are relations between subjects of international law concerning issues of healthcare [2].
