Today it is essential to study the problem of swindle with estate worldwide. The big problem is fraud in real estate; it stands first among the scams. Actions of swindlers are constantly improving; there are growing types of fraud in real estate. The struggle with this issue is the main problem of legislators. A new type of fraud ahead of legislation; and sometimes it is impossible to bring swindlers to justice.
