Nowadays, in this globalize world, it is important for every individual to learn and to communicate in different languages to succeed within any society. That is why a great attention is being paid to teaching and learning English in the Republic of Uzbekistan. We can see the proof of the statement above in the decree signed by the president of the Republic on December 10, 2012 “On measures to further improve foreign language learning system”. This decree is serving as one of the fundamental legal base for the young people to acquire new languages, especially English in early ages.
