Teaching and learning are the two sides of the coin. The most accepted criterion for measuring good teaching is the amount of student learning that occurs. But here we face with the reasons that come to hinder the teaching-learning process especially at the beginning of the 21st century when the process has developed from the grammar-transitional method approach to the communicative approach as means of communication both at academic and non- academic levels.
