The article presents the results of studies of the effect of acute intoxication cobalt sulfate on morphological changes in the liver of experimental rats, as well as correction of the preparation "EPAM4."In acute poisoning CoNO3 a dose of 434 mg/kg in the liver of experimental rats is developed histological evidence of acute toxic hepatitis with massive necrosis of liver parenchyma. The combined acute exposure of phenylhydrazine and cobalt nitrate in the liver tissue has a notable cytotoxic effect. Correction with the preparation "EPAM4" has shown the processes of initiation of regenerative process in the liver parenchyma, as well as the activation of the response of the inflammatory response to injury.
