Reading as a target language becomes an important and integral aspect of the process of teaching foreign languages; while the concept of "reading" requires new thinking and its implementation as a substantial component of training needs to develop a number of methodological provisions related to its conduct and organization. Reading texts in foreign languages as a separate aspect of the subject of "foreign language" is possible. On the one hand, it provides more solid formation of all kinds of communicative competence and helps to solve the process of learning a foreign language tasks that require special training and meaningful context.
