Формирование, совершенствование и развитие личности, способной к достижению необходимого уровня коммуникативной компетенции, является одной из основных целей обучения иностранным языкам. Изложение собственной мысли на иностранном языке – достаточно нелегкий процесс, как с лингвистической, так и с психологической точки зрения. И поэтому, зачастую во время ответов на занятиях иностранного языка учащиеся чаще всего не могут структурировать речь, четко сформулировать идеи, спонтанно подобрать необходимые языковые средства. Причиной тому является отсутствие у них коммуникативных навыков говорения.

Kelajagimizning qanday bо‘lishi biz tarbiyalayotgan yoshlarga bog‘liq. Bunday ulkan vazifani amalga oshiruvchi, moddiy va ma’naviy boyliklarni yaratuvchi oiladir. Oila jamiyatning bir bо‘lagi, u butun insoniyat va har bir xalq taraqqiyotining beshigidir. Vatan mehri va gо‘zalligini anglash ham oiladan boshlanadi. Inson borki, tug‘ilgan kunidan boshlab, о‘zining ma’naviy va moddiy ehtiyojlarini oilada qondiradi. Shunday ekan, oiladagi muhitning qay tarzda bо‘lishi bolaning tarbiyasiga ta’sir etuvchi muhim omil hisoblanadi. Milliy mafkuramizga mos bо‘lgan ilk tushunchalar, avvalo, oila muhitida shakllanadi. Bu jarayon bobolar о‘giti, ota ibrati va ona mehri orqali amalga oshiriladi. Demak, oiladagi sog‘lom muhit sog‘lom avlod tarbiyasining muhim manbai sanaladi.

Respublikasining “Ta’lim to’g’risida”gi qonuni va “Kadrlar tayyorlash milliy dasturi” yosh avlodni tarbiyalashning asosiy istiqbollari va yo’nalishlarini belgilab berdi. Shuningdek, uzluksiz ta’limda ijodkor, ijtimoiy faol, ma’naviy boy shaxs shakllanishi va yuqori malakali raqobatbardosh kadrlar ildam tayyorlanishi uchun zarur shart-sharoitlar yaratdi. Bu borada esa ulkan vazifa barkamol avlod ta’lim-tarbiyasini yuqori darajada tashkil etish edi. Ushbu mas’uliyatli vazifalarni amalga oshirish uchun uzluksiz yaxlit ta’lim tizimi yaratildi. Davlatimiz tomonidan kelajak avlod tarbiyasiga berilayotgan bunday katta e’tibor ta’lim tizimi va pedagoglar zimmasiga ulkan vazifalarni belgilab berdi. Ushbu vazifalarni bajarish chuqur bilim va katta mahoratni talab etadi. Shunday ekan ta’lim tizimiga yangiliklarni olib kirish, pedagogik texnologiyalardan unumli foydalanish har bir pedagog oldida turgan muhim masalalardan biridir.

This page provides historical perspectives on how people who are blind and visually impaired have been viewed by society and the chronological events in the education of those who are blind and visually impaired. This section provides resources for those interested in entering the vision field as well as information for those currently in the vision field. Resources include where to locate webinars and other sources of professional development, universities offering vision programs, resource books, journal resources, news in the field of visual impairments and job postings within the field. Students who are blind or visually impaired are a very diverse group.

It’s no secret that English is one of the more challenging languages to learn. Of course, the difficulty students have with it will depend on what language or languages they already know; English is naturally going to be easier to learn if one already has knowledge of a language that has the same roots, and is therefore more closely related to it. But while the same may be said to be true of learning any language, there seems to be something about English in particular that makes it especially tricky. In this article, we look at some of the specific difficulties English poses to those learning it as a foreign language, and what you can do to overcome these problems if you’re in the throes of learning this complicated language yourself.

There are four types of speech activity: reading, writing, speaking and listening. Teacher should work hard at educating each of these types. Although it is so arduous if teachers do their best they will subdue all challenges. During a lesson so one of the four skills may be omitted except listening skill. At any lesson reading or writing or speaking tasks may not be done, but where a lesson is there is listening. A teacher begins, teaches and finishes his/ her lesson with the aid of speaking, so students act as listeners.

Ayniqsa, bu jarayon о‘zbek davlatchiligi tarixi, uning etnogenezi masalalarini о‘rganish davlat siyosati darajasiga kо‘tarilgandan sо‘ng yangicha mazmun kasb etdi. Most of us, teachers, while being students used to study the following way: reading too much, learning too many different texts and poems by heart, speaking a little and having almost no creative kinds of study. And, the same way, most of us work with our students. And both teachers and students feel lack of communication in such a situation. Different interactive activities, debates and round table discussion help to make our students more active and the atmosphere in the classroom livelier. On of activates of this kind is role-play. Role-play not only makes the students speak and think creatively, but also gives a chance for each of the student in the group to press his or her ideas. Of course, it is not easy to make students present a role-play. Using this activity the teacher should be very attentive to this students; he or she should think over a topic very carefully because one group of students may easily create a role-play for a definite topic and another cannot at all. Thus, not only the students’ knowledge but their interests should be taken into consideration while choosing a topic.

Reading as a target language becomes an important and integral aspect of the process of teaching foreign languages; while the concept of "reading" requires new thinking and its implementation as a substantial component of training needs to develop a number of methodological provisions related to its conduct and organization. Reading texts in foreign languages as a separate aspect of the subject of "foreign language" is possible. On the one hand, it provides more solid formation of all kinds of communicative competence and helps to solve the process of learning a foreign language tasks that require special training and meaningful context.

Interactive whiteboard is a new intellectual tool for teachers. Using this miracle of modern technology in every classroom as visual-illustrative method as grammar trainer and trainer of skills makes the lessons more interactive. Admittedly students get from it great benefit and pleasure. Students can simultaneously see, hear, read, recite, write, play, sing, watch movies, work on different disks and much more.

“A word is a microcosm of human consciousness” (Vygotsky) Without grammar very little can be conveyed, without vocabulary nothing can be conveyed indicated linguist David Wilkins. It is true if you spend most of your time studying grammar, your English will not improve very much. You will see most improvement if you learn more words and expressions. You can say very little with grammar, yet you can say almost anything with words. For a long time, teaching the approaches such as the direct method and audiolingualism give greater priority to the teaching of grammatical structures. In order not to distract from the learning of these structures, the number of words introduced in such courses was kept fairly low .Those words which were taught were often chosen either because they were easily demonstrated or because they fitted neatly into the structure of the day.
