Uzbekistan is the country that is developing day by day. It is not secret that Uzbekistan has already found its own role in the world. It means that the “doors” opened for connect with other countries. As well as, this connect joins with foreign languages. So, The President of Uzbekistan I.A. Karimov’s attention for education especially teaching and learning English. The proof to it is the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan issued in December 2012 “On measures to further improve foreign language learning system” states that the system of teaching and learning foreign languages in the country is aimed at educating and training of the younger generation as progressively thinking people able to ensure the integration of the country into the world community, because better communication leads to freer mobility and more direct relationship which in turn leads to better understanding and closer interaction.
