Topicality: At this stage in the history of the state of Ukraine, it is important the activity of jury, because it reflects in some extent the views of civil society. We want to work to reveal the following aspects of the topic: Ukraine is a democratic state. And the implementation of democratic ideas of justice which were made by world science and practice is one of the principles of court examination. This includes guaranteeing the citizen's right to have consideration of his case by a competent, independent and impartial court in adversarial proceedings.
