Abstract. Study of the main mutations responsible for HBeAg negative forms of Hepatitis B, resistant to the majority of treatment regimens in Moldova, with high risks of relapse and complications, such as fulminant hepatitis, postnecrotic cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. Clinical study showing the results of standard treatment of patients with hepatitis B in the Infectious Diseases hospital in Chisinau.
