Abstract: The article describes ongoing reforms in the field of social protection of children with disabilities since the independence of Uzbekistan. It also provides practical recommendations and suggestions to parents of children with disabilities on principles of ethical rules in the communication with children with disabilities. The article deals with issues of social protection of children with disabilities, which have been implemented since the day of independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It also provides guidance to parents of children with disabilities on the basics of education and rules in the field of communication with children with disabilities.
