Portretda ichki psixologik holat, rang KOLORIT faktura, yuz qiyofasi tasviriga katta ahamiyat berilgan. Portret tomoshabin qalbidan chuqur o’rin olgan. Shuning uchun Velaskezning yaratgan bu buyuk asari durdona sifatida Yevropa muzeylarida saqlanib kelmoqda. Har bir rassomning o’z ichki dunyosi, dunyoqarashi mavjud. To my opinion, it is blame of their first English teachers because of not demanding for communicating as well as using each new words in speech. If we look at details, English tuitions should pay attention to the learners how to use English words in having conversation with them. Fluency as the ability to converse with others. Many language learners regard speaking ability as the measure of knowing a language. They regard speaking as the most important skill they can acquire, and they assess their progress in terms of their accomplishments in spoken communication.

Homework seems to be an accepted part of teachers’ and students’ routines, but there is little mention of it in ELT literature. The role of homework is hardly mentioned in the majority of general ELT texts or training courses, suggesting that there is little question as to its value even if the resulting workload is time-consuming. However, there is clearly room for discussion of homework policies and practices particularly now that technology has made so many more resources available to learners outside the classroom.

The need for the interpreters is increasing dramatically because of the arrangement of several forums, conferences, meetings all over the globe which are held in different foreign languages. The simultaneous interpreters who attend there and serve to link the communication between two different nationalities may face some difficulties while interpreting. The reason is that the two languages are not always relative. It is important to define the main principles of translation in order to describe basic sides of simultaneous translation from Uzbek into English, as there are different types of translation we usually use.
